　　可能同学们已经注意到了这三个单词共通的地方，现在我们就把单词拆解开来学习。首先，international这个单词可以分为inter/nation/al三部分来记忆，而这三部分分别为international的前缀，词根和后缀。本着“前缀改变词义，词根决定含义，后缀决定词性。”的原则，我们一起来看看它是如何构成的。中间部分的nation本身即为一个单词，其中有一个含义相当于country。而nat是nation的词根，含义为“出生”;ion是常见的名词词性后缀。“人出生就可以形成国家和民族。”nation的含义自然得出。如果我们在nation后面加一个常见形容词后缀al，那么新组成单词national的词性即为形容词，意为“国家的，民族的”。而改变national含义的前缀inter本身的含义为“在….之间”，让我们来猜想international的含义：“在国家与国家之间”，因此它的真正含义为“国际的”。

　　举一反三，interpersonal，这个单词里面有我们熟知的person。al形容词后缀，判断为形容词词性单词。inter的含义在这里也并未改变。“在人与人之间”，得出“人际的”。
